Terms and conditions

Plain terms for a publication. The short version: everything here is documentation of one person's experience, offered in good faith and without warranty.

Last reviewed

By using Hamzify you agree to what is written here. It is short on purpose.

What this site is#

Hamzify publishes technical writing about AI-assisted software development: hands-on tool tests, build logs, workflows and reference material. It is an editorial site, not a software vendor, consultancy or support channel.

Use of the content#

You are welcome to:

  • read, link to and share anything published here;
  • quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page;
  • use code snippets from articles in your own projects.

Unless a snippet says otherwise, code examples are provided under the MIT licence — use them, no attribution required. Prose, images and diagrams remain the copyright of Hamzify and may not be republished in full without permission.

Please do not republish whole articles, translate them without permission, or feed them into a product that resells them as original content.

No warranty#

Everything here is provided as-is. Tooling in this space changes weekly: a result that was accurate when a piece was published may not hold by the time you read it. Articles state the version tested and the date checked so you can judge that for yourself.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or security advice. You are responsible for what you ship. Test code before running it against anything that matters, and never paste credentials into a tool you have not vetted.

Hamzify writes about tools built by other companies. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and mentioning a tool does not imply any partnership, endorsement or sponsorship in either direction unless the page explicitly says so.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, which are always disclosed — see the affiliate disclosure.

Accuracy and corrections#

Mistakes get fixed and, where they are material, noted. The corrections policy explains how.

Liability#

To the extent permitted by law, Hamzify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or of anything described on it.

Changes#

These terms may change. The date below reflects the last update, and the full history is public in the site's repository.
